By accessing or using Little Talker at littletalker.io (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

The Service is intended for parents and legal guardians of children ages 3–12. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult (18 years of age or older) and that you consent to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Little Talker is a web-based application for children's speech development that uses artificial intelligence. The Service includes interactive lessons, speech recognition, camera-based articulation analysis, and game mechanics.

Little Talker is not a medical device and does not replace professional evaluation or therapy by a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP). If your child has significant speech or language concerns, we recommend consulting a qualified specialist.

Most features require a registered account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information at registration;
• keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

A single account may include profiles for multiple children. Sharing one account across unrelated households is not permitted.

Little Talker provides 5 free lessons with no registration required — or right after sign-up. Access to the full lesson catalog requires a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased on the website (Stripe) are billed once for the selected period and do not auto-renew. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are auto-renewable Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to the Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases.

The free trial is available once per account. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided you have not accessed any paid content. To request a refund, contact us at support@littletalker.io.

After 14 days or after using paid content, refunds are at our discretion and granted only in exceptional circumstances.

All content in the Service — including lesson text, illustrations, animations, audio, and logos — is owned by Little Talker, Inc. and is protected by United States copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for non-commercial purposes — specifically, for your child's educational use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to collect data from the Service;
• attempt to circumvent free-access restrictions;
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantee of specific outcomes in your child's speech development — results depend on consistency of practice and individual factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
