Parental Consent for Personal Data Processing

By registering, I, as the parent or legal guardian of the child, voluntarily give the Operator consent to process my personal data and my child’s personal data within the Little Talker service.

I confirm that I am of legal age and have the right to give such consent on behalf of the child.

Parent (legal guardian) data:

• Email address and hashed account password.

Child data:

• Name, age, gender (if provided).
• Lesson progress, exercise results, session times, in-app achievements.

Technical data:

• IP address, browser type, cookies — for security and service operation.
• Voice recording — temporarily for speech recognition (Google Cloud Speech-to-Text), not stored on Operator servers.
• Analytics data — with cookie consent (analytics service).

• Account registration and authentication.
• Providing access to lessons and personalizing the child’s learning.
• Speech recognition during exercises.
• Generating progress reports for parents.
• Handling support requests.
• Fulfilling the service agreement and complying with applicable law.

Processing includes collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, refinement, use, transfer to authorized processors (Stripe, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, analytics service — to the extent necessary), anonymization, blocking, and deletion of personal data.

Consent is valid from the date of registration until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted. Consent may be withdrawn by deleting the account in profile settings or by contacting support@littletalker.io.

By registering with Little Talker, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and give this consent to process personal data — your own and your child’s, whose profile is being created in the Service.
